What do I need to provide for a mobile appointment?
To provide our signature level of service, we generally require access to a power outlet and sufficient space to work safely around the vehicle (such as a private driveway or garage).
Note: We carry our own water supply so an external tap is not strictly necessary but always appreciated.
How long does a signature detail take?
Because we prioritise quality over quantity, we do not rush our process. A maintenance valet may take 3–4 hours, while a full Paint Correction or Ceramic Coating can take a full day or more. We will provide a bespoke time estimate upon booking.
Do you work in all weather conditions?
To maintain our elite standards, we prefer to work under cover or in fair weather. If your vehicle is outdoors and the conditions are poor (heavy rain or high winds), we will contact you to reschedule for the next available window to ensure the integrity of the products we apply.
Is my vehicle safe in your hands?
Absolutely. We are fully insured for both public liability and “work on items,” giving you total peace of mind while we handle your investment. We use only the safest, most advanced techniques to ensure no damage occurs to delicate surfaces.
What areas do you cover?
We bring our studio-grade service to clients across South Wales. For locations outside of this radius, a small travel premium may apply to cover the logistics of bringing our mobile unit to you.
